PROJECT DETAILS
Due to the compact nature of the site, TARS viewed the Bruce Washpod as the perfect solution for their requirements. The mobile plant is processing sub-40mm grab-away material, a by-product of its groundwork services.
Application: Aggregate Recycling
Equipment: Washpod
Tonnage: 80 TPH
Output: 3 Aggregates & 1 Sand
WASHING SOLUTION
The raw material is fed into a Hopper, where it is then conveyed using a 18m Infeed Conveyor into the Washpod. Following the scrubbing, trash removal, and rinsing process, clean 10mm, 20mm, 25-40mm aggregate products and a single sand product are outputted, suitable for sale in the construction industry.
The compact design of the Washpod makes it the smallest complete wash plant on the market. Significantly reduced install, dismantling and relocation times make the Washpod the machine of choice for operators who have a requirement to campaign wash at multiple sites or those involved in contract washing. As Bruce Engineering is a certified Hardox Wear Parts Centre, the build quality of the Washpod is robust and market-leading, ensuring longevity, with other branded components used throughout.

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE
We purchased the compact modular Washpod from Ryan of Wren Limited back in 2019 and it hasn’t missed a beat since. We’ve been in the washing game for many years with a static unit, but we were blown away by the tonnage this Washpod can do. Its simplicity and ease of use is unrivaled in the industry. This compact unit is now approaching a million tonnes of material processed and still going strong daily. Overall we are extremely impressed!
