We form the flights, fold the troughs, make our own hanger bearings and machine the tubes and shafts. We have years of experience manufacturing Screw Conveyors for the quarrying, cement, fertilizer and food industries.

- Flights 100mm dia. – 1000mm dia.
- Variable pitch single or double start screws available
- Tapered, standard or ribbon screws available.
- Flight thickness up to 12mm
- Hanger bearings in cast iron, phosphor bronze or self-lubricating nylon
- Flanged or pedestal type thrust bearings
OPTIONS
- Flights can be made from mild steel, stainless steel or HARDOX® to suit abrasive applications
