What’s on board?
TOP DECK
| Twin Shaft Logwasher | Breaks down clay-bound material and removes contaminants prior to screening. |
| Washing Screen | Available in single, double or triple deck configurations to wash and separate material into the required product sizes. |
| Trash Screen | Removes unwanted debris and contaminants from the washing process. |
| Sand Plant | Featuring hydrocyclones, a dewatering screen and a pump system to efficiently recover valuable fines and produce a quality washed sand product. |
BOTTOM DECK
| Clean Water Tank | Stores process water for reuse within the washing circuit, supporting an efficient plant operation. |
| Sand Tank | Collects underflow from the washing process before it is pumped for sand recovery. |
| Dirty Water Tank | Captures processed water before transferring to the water treatment process, helping manage the plant’s water circuit. |
| System Control Panel | Provides centralised control and monitoring of the WashPod, enabling straightforward operation of the complete washing process. |
