WASHING SOLUTION

Raw material is fed into a Hopper, here it is conveyed into the BWR-TL using a 24m Infeed Conveyor supplied by Bruce. The material is washed and pre-screened before it is fed into the Bruce Logwasher. Following the scrubbing, trash removal, and rinsing process, clean 20-40mm, 10-20mm, 5-10mm aggregate products and two sand products 0-2mm, 0-5mm are outputted, suitable for sale in the construction industry.

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE

After many years of washing with competitor wash plants, we decided to look at the Bruce equipment before purchasing our next plant. Ryan of Wren Limited took us out to the factory and we were pleasantly surprised at the built quality & simplicity of the plant – that being said 4 years later, we are still pleased and processing over a million tonnes of material. More over the Logwasher paddles proceed 750,000 tonnes on the original set, so overall we are very happy with our Bruce Wash Plant!
