The bendable, weldable and highly abrasion-resistant steel. Hardox 500 is a bendable and weldable abrasion-resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 500 HBW, increasing payload and service life while maintaining good processability and toughness.
Available in:
- Plate thicknesses – 4.0 – 103 mm (5/32 – 4.06″)
- Sheet thicknesses – 2.0 – 6.5 mm (0.079 – 0.256″)
- Plate widths up to 3350 mm (131.89″) – lengths up to 14630 mm (575.98″)
- Sheet widths up to 1650 mm (64.96″) – lengths up to 16000 mm (62.92″)
